Back Ground Check - 7.95 paid through Arise - a one time fee
Certification Course Fees
Each Client charges a certification fee that is paid directly through Arise. As an Arise IBO we do not collect any of these fees. The fees for each class can be between $10 and $200. Arise allows you to service for up to 2 clients at a time as long as the client required work hours per week are fulfilled On your 3rd paycheck servicing for the client, you will be reimbursed in full for your certification class fee. Only one certification course fee reimbursement will be paid per year unless you are approved for more. During the client certification course you will not be compensated for your time as a independent contractor.
Service Fees
With YES AND CO, INC. we charge a very low service fee. YES AND CO, INC. believes that the fees should be as low as possible. We charge a rate of 8% per pay period plus the Arise fee of 19.75.
Most clients require between 10-30 hours per week and allow you to choose your own schedule. Typically you need a high speed internet connection, telephone line and a windows PC running Windows 7 or higher. Many clients need agents to provide chat or email services while some require talking on the phone.​​​​

​Pay Information
YES AND CO, INC. pays semi-monthly which is two times per month. The pay dates are on or before the 16th and the last day of the month.

Work From Home Opportunities
While in certification class you will not be compensated. However you will find the clients we offer pay much more that other work at home opportunities. Taxes are not withheld from your paychecks. You will be an independent contractor and need to fill out a W-9 after joining our IBO. At the end of the year, you will receive a 1099-MISC for tax filing purposes. At Yes and Co, INC. we offers three ways to pay you

When joining our team you will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement on the Arise platform, you do not have to sign a contract with At Home Professionals. On the Arise portal you will be asked to finish a SOW ( Statement of Work) if you choose to work for a new IBO. It can be a difficult process if you need to get the SOW reinstated.

NO CONTRACT
YES AND CO,INC. offers a training reimbursement plan, referral bonuses and an extremely low servicing fee-you can take advantage of our relationship with Arise and avoid having to incorporate yourself. The state fees in many states can be very expensive and run hundreds dollars. Running a corporation requires you to file your taxes as a business and pay yearly state fees for your corporation.

5. Choose a client, complete the client certification course and begin service your client.
