Certification Reimbursement and Referrals

Each Client charges a certification class fee that is paid directly through Arise.   While in certification class, you will not be compensated by At YES AND CO,INC. or Arise.   The fees for each class can be between $10 and $200.  Per Arise, you are able to work for up to 2 clients at a as long as the required work hours per week are fulfilled.On your 3rd paycheck servicing for the client, you will be reimbursed in full for your certification class fee. Only one certification class fee reimbursement will be paid per year unless you are approved for more.   We also offer a $10.00 referral bonus to existing CSP representatives for every qualified referral.

Reimbursement Requirements

To qualify for the reimbursement you must provide your receipt for the certification class.

Before paying for the class you must email  ycvsinfo@gmail.com.  Once we receive your email request, we will respond with an approval.  

 

In some cases we are able to get you a voucher to receive a possible discount.
Only one certification class fee will be paid per calendar year (unless approved by YES AND CO,INC.
You must complete certification class  and begin servicing for the client.

The minimum hours required must be met for the client for each pay period.

On your 3rd paycheck servicing for the client, you will be reimbursed in full for your certification class fee

 

Referral Requirements

 

The referred CSP must complete all enrollments of Arise and begin servicing a client for At  YES AND CO,INC.

The referring CSP must be actively servicing a client for YES AND CO,INC.

When the referral is completing the Arise enrollment they should list your name as a referring CSP.

You must email ycvsinfo@gmail.com  and include the name and CSP ID# of the referral  before they enroll in a client class.

Referrals can be new CSPs to Arise or can be transfers from existing IBOs.

The $10.00 bonus will be paid on the existing CSPs paycheck after the referral has worked for 2 pay periods under At Home arise IBO

During the client certification course you will not be compensated for your time as a independent contractor. 

 

Service Fees -With YES AND CO, INC.  we charge a very low service fee. Arise charge 19.75 per paycheck. YES AND CO,INC. believes that the fees should be as low as possible.  We (Yes and CO) charge a rate of 8%  per pay period 

Fees

Most clients require between 10-30 hours per week and allow you to choose your own schedule. Typically you need a high speed  internet connection, telephone line and a windows PC running Windows 7 or higher.  Many  clients need agents to provide chat or email services while some require talking on the phone.​​​​
